Poinciana is a small condominium community on West Gulf Drive, direct beach front. There are nine units at Poinciana. 2B is a spacious, 2,215 square feet including the screened lanai. The lanai faces the gulf waters for stunning views of the sunset. This 3 bedroom unit was recently, beautifully remodeled. Amenities include elevator, heated pool, tennis court and BBQ. There is also covered parking. Master bedroom has a King bed with en-suite bath, 1st Guest bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd guest bedroom also has a Queen bed. Sleeps up to 6.
